Ứng viên cần chuẩn bị đầy đủ các giấy tờ sau trong bộ hồ sơ trực tuyến:
1. Bảng kiểm tra điều kiện ứng tuyển (Eligibility Checklist) đã hoàn thành (Mục 2).
2. Bản sao công chứng trang thông tin cá nhân của Hộ chiếu (hoặc giấy tờ tùy thân có ảnh thay thế nếu chưa có hộ chiếu).
3. Sơ yếu lý lịch (CV/Resumé) cập nhật mới nhất bằng tiếng Anh.
4. Bản mô tả công việc hiện tại (Job Description) thể hiện rõ chức danh, vai trò và trách nhiệm chuyên môn (bằng tiếng Anh).
5. Mẫu xác nhận/tiến cử từ cơ quan công tác (Employer Endorsement Form) (Có thể tải mẫu trực tiếp tại website: manaaki-tstts.nz/how-to-apply).
6. Chứng chỉ tiếng Anh quốc tế (như IELTS hoặc TOEFL) được cấp trong vòng 18 tháng gần nhất (nếu có).
