Nhằm hiện đại hóa công tác khảo thí và đảm bảo tính công bằng tuyệt đối trong thi cử, từ ngày 03/03/2026, Trường Đại học Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch chính thức triển khai điểm danh bằng nhận diện khuôn mặt và vân tay đối với sinh viên hệ Đại học dự thi tại phòng máy.
Căn cứ Thông báo số 56/TB-BĐCLKT, quy trình dự thi mới sẽ bao gồm hai bước bắt buộc như sau:
1. Điểm danh sinh trắc học trước cửa phòng thi
Trước khi vào khu vực dự thi, sinh viên thực hiện điểm danh qua thiết bị nhận diện khuôn mặt và vân tay được bố trí tại cửa phòng máy. Chỉ những thí sinh hoàn tất điểm danh và có dữ liệu xác nhận hợp lệ mới được vào phòng thi.
- Lưu ý: Trường hợp sinh viên chưa có dữ liệu sinh trắc học trên hệ thống, cán bộ coi thi sẽ thực hiện đối chiếu thủ công giấy tờ tùy thân có dán ảnh trước khi cho phép vào phòng.
2. Xác nhận thông tin tại vị trí thi
Ngay sau khi ổn định chỗ ngồi, thí sinh có trách nhiệm kiểm tra và ký tên xác nhận Mã đề thi cùng Vị trí số máy trên danh sách dự thi để đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu kết quả sau này.
Mục tiêu đổi mới
Việc áp dụng công nghệ nhận diện sinh trắc học là giải pháp then chốt nhằm phòng ngừa triệt để tình trạng gian lận, thi hộ, đồng thời xây dựng một môi trường thi cử nghiêm túc, minh bạch cho toàn thể sinh viên Nhà trường.
Đề nghị sinh viên hệ Đại học theo dõi sát lịch thi và có mặt đúng giờ để thực hiện các thủ tục điểm danh theo quy định mới.

New: Biometric Attendance For Computer-Based Final Exams (Undergraduate System)
To modernize examination procedures and ensure absolute fairness, starting March 3, 2026, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine will officially implement Face Recognition and Fingerprint technology for undergraduate final exams held in computer labs.
As per Notice No. 56/TB-BĐCLKT, the new exam procedure consists of two mandatory steps:
1. Biometric Check-in at the Exam Room Entrance
Before entering the exam area, students must check in via the biometric devices (facial and fingerprint recognition) placed at the door. Only students with successful validation will be permitted to enter.
Note: Students whose biometric data has not yet been collected will undergo a manual identity check by proctors using a valid photo ID.
2. Information Confirmation at Assigned Seats
Upon taking their seats, students are responsible for verifying and signing the attendance list to confirm their Exam Code and Assigned Computer Number in accordance with regulations.

The application of biometric technology is a key solution to prevent exam fraud and impersonation, fostering a transparent and rigorous academic environment for all students.
Undergraduate students are requested to follow their exam schedules strictly and arrive on time to complete these new attendance procedures.
