Khoa Dược trân trọng thông báo và phát động đến toàn thể sinh viên, học viên tham gia Cuộc thi Hùng biện với chủ đề “AI trong Y học: thay thế hay đồng hành”. Đây là sự kiện học thuật uy tín được tổ chức trong khuôn khổ Hội nghị Giáo dục Y học toàn quốc lần thứ X, năm 2026.
Cuộc thi do Trường Y - Dược, Đại học Phenikaa đăng cai tổ chức, phối hợp cùng Hội Giáo dục Y học Việt Nam.
1. Mục đích và ý nghĩa
- Tạo ra một sân chơi học thuật chuyên nghiệp cho sinh viên khối ngành sức khỏe để tìm hiểu và thảo luận về vai trò của trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong y học hiện đại.
- Tạo cơ hội tiếp cận các xu hướng công nghệ mới, nâng cao nhận thức về chuyển đổi số trong lĩnh vực y tế.
- Rèn luyện các kỹ năng thiết yếu: nghiên cứu, tư duy phản biện, thuyết trình, tranh biện và làm việc nhóm.
- Thúc đẩy tinh thần đổi mới sáng tạo, khuyến khích ứng dụng công nghệ vào thực tiễn chăm sóc sức khỏe.
2. Đối tượng tham gia
- Sinh viên và học viên thuộc khối ngành khoa học sức khỏe đang học tập tại các cơ sở đào tạo và các bệnh viện.
- Mỗi đội thi tham dự Vòng trực tiếp sẽ có tối đa 05 thành viên.
3. Hình thức và thể lệ tổ chức
Cuộc thi được chia thành 02 hình thức chính:
Vòng thi trực tuyến (Online): Video truyền thông
- Mỗi đội xây dựng 01 video (thời lượng 03-05 phút, định dạng MP4 hoặc MOV) với chủ đề "AI trong Y học: Thay thế hay đồng hành".
- Nội dung video thể hiện góc nhìn, ý tưởng hoặc giải pháp ứng dụng AI trong chăm sóc sức khỏe; đảm bảo tính khoa học, giáo dục và không vi phạm pháp luật, không vi phạm bản quyền.
- Ngôn ngữ sử dụng là tiếng Việt.
- Video dự thi gửi về email: pmsp@phenikaa-uni.edu.vn.
- Ban Tổ chức sẽ đăng tải video lên Fanpage chính thức của Trường Y - Dược Phenikaa để bình chọn.
- 08 đội xuất sắc nhất sẽ lọt vào Vòng Chung kết (gồm 01 đội có điểm tương tác cao nhất và 07 đội do Ban Giám khảo chấm điểm).
Vòng thi trực tiếp (Offline) tại Trường Y - Dược, Đại học Phenikaa
- 08 đội sẽ bốc thăm chia thành 02 bảng (A và B).
- Các đội trải qua 02 phần thi: "Dấu ấn đội thi" (thời gian tối đa 10 phút, hình thức tự do, sáng tạo) và "Hùng biện theo chủ đề" (thời gian tối đa 05 phút trình bày, có thể sử dụng PowerPoint, video minh họa).
- 04 đội có điểm cao nhất sẽ bước vào Vòng Chung kết xếp hạng để hùng biện và trả lời câu hỏi trực tiếp từ Ban Giám khảo.
4. Lịch trình dự kiến
- 08/07/2026: Phát động cuộc thi.
- 20/09 - 25/09/2026: Tiếp nhận video dự thi.
- 01/10/2026: Đăng tải video dự thi lên Fanpage.
- 01/10 - 07/10/2026: Bình chọn, chia sẻ và tương tác trực tuyến.
- 08/10/2026: Tổng hợp kết quả bình chọn.
- 08/10 - 11/10/2026: Ban Giám khảo chấm điểm vòng trực tuyến.
- 13/10/2026: Công bố 08 đội vào Vòng Chung kết.
- 21/10/2026: Tập huấn kỹ năng hùng biện cho các đội thi.
- 06/11/2026: Tổ chức Vòng Chung kết trực tiếp.
5. Cơ cấu giải thưởng
- 01 Giải Nhất: 3.000.000 VNĐ.
- 01 Giải Nhì: 2.000.000 VNĐ.
- 02 Giải Ba: 1.000.000 VNĐ/giải.
- 04 Giải Khuyến khích: 500.000 VNĐ/giải.
- Giải video được yêu thích nhất: 1.000.000 VNĐ.
- Giấy chứng nhận từ Ban tổ chức dành cho tất cả các đội tham gia Vòng trực tuyến.

Announcement: Rhetoric competition “AI in medicine: replacement or companion”
The Faculty of Pharmacy respectfully announces and encourages all students and trainees to participate in the Rhetoric Competition themed "AI in Medicine: replacement or companion". This is a prestigious academic event organized within the framework of the 10th National Medical Education Conference in 2026.
The competition is hosted by the School of Medicine and Pharmacy, Phenikaa University, in collaboration with the Vietnam Association for Medical Education (VAME).
1. Purpose and significance
- To create a professional academic playground for health science students to explore and discuss the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in modern medicine.
- To provide an opportunity to approach new technological trends and raise awareness of digital transformation in the healthcare sector.
- To practice essential skills: research, critical thinking, presentation, debate, and teamwork.
- To promote the spirit of innovation and encourage the practical application of technology in healthcare.
2. Eligible participants
- Students and trainees in health sciences from educational institutions and hospitals.
- Each team participating in the Offline Round will consist of a maximum of 05 members.
3. Format and rules
The competition is organized in 02 main formats:
Online round: Media video
- Each team creates 01 video (3-5 minutes duration, MP4 or MOV format) with the theme "AI in Medicine: Replacement or companion".
- The video content must express perspectives, ideas, or solutions for applying AI in healthcare; ensuring scientific and educational aspects, and strictly adhering to legal and copyright regulations.
- The language used in the competition is Vietnamese.
- Videos must be submitted via email to: pmsp@phenikaa-uni.edu.vn.
- The Organizing Committee will post the videos on the official Fanpage of the Phenikaa School of Medicine and Pharmacy for voting.
- The top 08 excellent teams will advance to the Final Round (comprising 01 team with the highest interactions and 07 teams selected by the Judges).
Offline round at the School of Medicine and Pharmacy, Phenikaa University
- The 08 teams will draw lots to be divided into 02 groups (A and B).
- Teams will compete in 02 parts: "Team Impression" (maximum 10 minutes, creative format) and "Thematic Rhetoric" (maximum 5 minutes presentation, PowerPoint and illustrative videos are allowed).
- The 04 teams with the highest scores will enter the Final Ranking Round to debate and answer direct questions from the Judges.

- 20/09 - 25/09/2026: Video submission period.
- 01/10/2026: Videos posted on Fanpage.
- 01/10 - 07/10/2026: Online voting, sharing, and interaction.
- 08/10/2026: Consolidation of online voting results.
- 08/10 - 11/10/2026: Judges evaluate the online round.
- 13/10/2026: Announcement of the 08 Finalists.
- 21/10/2026: Rhetoric skills training for teams.
- 06/11/2026: Offline Final Round.
5. Prize structure
- 01 First Prize: 3,000,000 VND.
- 01 Second Prize: 2,000,000 VND.
- 02 Third Prizes: 1,000,000 VND/prize.
- 04 Consolation Prizes: 500,000 VND/prize.
- Most Favorite Video Prize: 1,000,000 VND.
