Trong bối cảnh hệ thống Y tế và ngành Dược phẩm đang chuyển đổi số mạnh mẽ, năng lực số đã trở thành yếu tố sống còn quyết định sự thành công của sinh viên. Nhằm trang bị cho người học nền tảng công nghệ vững chắc, Khoa Dược trân trọng giới thiệu cuốn sách "Cẩm nang phát triển năng lực số cho sinh viên" do PGS.TS. Đỗ Văn Hùng chủ biên, phối hợp cùng Tập đoàn Meta thực hiện dưới dạng tài liệu truy cập mở (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0).
Cuốn cẩm nang được biên soạn toàn diện, cung cấp các gợi ý hành động cụ thể thông qua 8 phần nội dung cốt lõi:
- Phần 1: Vận hành thiết bị và phần mềm: Nhận diện, phân loại các thiết bị số (máy tính, thiết bị di động), quản lý hiệu suất và các nhóm phần mềm văn phòng chuyên dụng phục vụ việc nhập liệu, tổ chức và tinh chỉnh dữ liệu ngành Dược.
- Phần 2: Khai thác thông tin và dữ liệu: Định hình nhu cầu tin, thiết lập chiến lược tìm kiếm thông tin khoa học về thuốc, tra cứu cơ sở dữ liệu y sinh học uy tín và phát triển tư duy phản biện để sàng lọc thông tin chính xác.
- Phần 3: Giao tiếp và hợp tác trong môi trường số: Tương tác qua thư điện tử, hội nghị trực tuyến, tối ưu hóa vai trò làm việc nhóm trên các nền tảng số và tuân thủ các chuẩn mực đạo đức không gian mạng.
- Phần 4: An toàn và an sinh số.
- Phần 5: Sáng tạo nội dung số.
- Phần 6: Học tập và phát triển kỹ năng số.
- Phần 7: Sử dụng năng lực số cho nghề nghiệp.
- Phần 8: Các kỹ năng cần thiết trong thế giới số.
Đặc biệt, nhằm xây dựng một môi trường học thuật trực tuyến văn minh, an toàn và chuyên nghiệp, sinh viên Khoa Dược cần nắm rõ và chấp hành nghiêm chỉnh hệ thống văn bản pháp luật hiện hành được đề cập chi tiết trong cuốn sách:
- Bộ quy tắc ứng xử trên mạng xã hội (Quyết định 874/QĐ-BTTTT): Định hướng sử dụng tên thật; bảo mật tài khoản; chỉ chia sẻ thông tin chính thống; ứng xử chuẩn mực, không dùng ngôn từ thù hận, kích động.
- Luật An ninh mạng 2018 (Luật số 24/2018/QH14): Nghiêm cấm phát tán thông tin sai sự thật, xuyên tạc, vu khống làm ảnh hưởng đến uy tín tổ chức và cá nhân. Hành vi vi phạm sẽ bị xử lý kỷ luật, phạt hành chính hoặc truy cứu trách nhiệm hình sự.
- Nghị định 15/2020/NĐ-CP: Quy định mức phạt hành chính từ 10 - 20 triệu đồng và buộc gỡ bỏ thông tin đối với các hành vi cung cấp, chia sẻ thông tin giả mạo, sai sự thật trên mạng xã hội.

Book introduction: Digital competence handbook for Pharmacy students in the modern era
Amidst the rapid digital transformation of the global healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, digital competence has become a vital factor driving student success. To equip learners with a solid technological foundation, the Faculty of Pharmacy proudly introduces the handbook "Digital Competence Development for Students". Chief-edited by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Do Van Hung and jointly developed with Meta, this handbook is released as an open-access resource under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.
The handbook is structurally organized into 8 comprehensive core sections, designed to help pharmacy students refine their skills systematically:
- Part 1: Operating hardware devices and software applications: Hardware categorization, performance optimization, and application software management tailored for professional data formatting.
- Part 2: Extracting data and information: Defining accurate information needs, constructing advanced database query strategies for verified medical and pharmaceutical data, and applying critical thinking to eliminate misleading publications.
- Part 3: Communication and collaboration in digital environments: Adapting to online team dynamics, professional email communication, and adhering to cyber etiquette guidelines.
- Part 4: Digital safety and well-being.
- Part 5: Digital content creation.
- Part 6: Digital learning and skill development.
- Part 7: Utilizing digital competence for career progression.
- Part 8: Essential skills in a digital world.
To foster a highly civilized, secure, and compliance-driven online academic community, pharmacy students are requested to strictly abide by the following legal frameworks established by the Vietnamese government:
- The Code of Conduct on Social Media (Decision No. 874/QD-BTTTT): Encourages the use of real names, account security, and sharing information exclusively from official sources. It promotes standard cyber etiquette and strictly prohibits hate speech or inflammatory language.
- The Law on Cyber Security 2018 (Law No. 24/2018/QH14): Strictly prohibits the dissemination of false, distorted, or defamatory information that harms the reputation of organizations or individuals. Violators are subject to disciplinary action, administrative fines, or criminal prosecution depending on the severity.
- Decree No. 15/2020/ND-CP: Regulates administrative fines ranging from 10 to 20 million VND and mandates the immediate removal of violating content for providing or sharing fake news and untruthful information on social media.
This handbook is currently available for free distribution, reproduction, and non-commercial usage. The Faculty of Pharmacy highly encourages all faculty members and students to download this manual to cultivate advanced digital capabilities.
