Chương trình Học bổng Xuất sắc Chính phủ Thụy Sĩ (Swiss Government Excellence Scholarships) chính thức mở đơn dành cho các nhà nghiên cứu trẻ, bác sĩ và ứng viên mong muốn thực hiện đề tài nghiên cứu hoặc theo học chương trình Tiến sĩ (PhD) tại các trường đại học, viện nghiên cứu được công nhận tại Thụy Sĩ.
1. Thông tin chung
- Hạn chót nộp hồ sơ: 23:59 ngày 24/11/2026 (Giờ Thụy Sĩ)
- Giá trị học bổng: 2.450 CHF/tháng (Khoản hỗ trợ sinh hoạt phí cơ bản cho 01 cá nhân, không phải tiền lương)
- Hình thức học: Nghiên cứu toàn thời gian tại Thụy Sĩ
2. Các hạng mục học bổng
A. Research Fellowship (Học bổng Nghiên cứu)
- Đối tượng: Ứng viên đang theo học PhD tại Việt Nam/nước sở tại và muốn thực hiện 01 năm nghiên cứu tại Thụy Sĩ.
- Lĩnh vực: Áp dụng cho tất cả các ngành học thuật (bao gồm các Bác sĩ trẻ).
B. Học bổng Tiến sĩ
- Đối tượng: Ứng viên muốn theo học toàn thời gian chương trình Tiến sĩ tại các trường đại học hoặc cơ sở nghiên cứu tại Thụy Sĩ.
3. Điều kiện dự tuyển chính
- Về văn bằng: Hoàn thành bằng Thạc sĩ (hoặc tương đương) trước ngày 31/07/2027 (Riêng ứng viên nộp ETH Zurich cần hoàn thành trước ngày 30/06/2027).
- Về độ tuổi: Ứng viên sinh sau ngày 31/12/1991.
- Đề án: Có kế hoạch nghiên cứu chi tiết (Research Proposal) kèm theo lộ trình thực hiện (Timeline) rõ ràng.
- Người hướng dẫn: Bắt buộc có Thư hỗ trợ chính thức từ Giáo sư hoặc Trưởng nhóm nghiên cứu tại Thụy Sĩ.
- Quy định cư trú (đối với học bổng PhD): Nếu ứng viên đang sinh sống tại Thụy Sĩ, ngày nhập cảnh không được trước 01/08/2026.
4. Danh mục hồ sơ đăng ký
Ứng viên chuẩn bị đầy đủ bộ hồ sơ (bằng tiếng Anh hoặc ngôn ngữ theo yêu cầu của chương trình) bao gồm:
- Sơ yếu lý lịch (CV) đầy đủ thông tin.
- Thư thư giải trình nguyện vọng (Motivation Letter): Tối đa 02 trang.
- Đề xuất nghiên cứu (Research Proposal): Tối đa 05 trang.
- Thư hỗ trợ từ Giáo sư hướng dẫn tại Thụy Sĩ.
- CV tóm tắt của Giáo sư hướng dẫn tại Thụy Sĩ.
- Bằng cấp và Bảng điểm liên quan.
- Hộ chiếu (bản quét còn hạn).
- Giấy phép cư trú/Giấy xác nhận đăng ký (nếu đang ở Thụy Sĩ).
- Thông tin 02 Giáo sư tham chiếu: Cung cấp địa chỉ Email của 02 Giáo sư trong cùng lĩnh vực chuyên môn (hệ thống sẽ tự động gửi thư yêu cầu thư giới thiệu).

5. Lưu ý quan trọng dành cho ứng viên
⚠️ Điều kiện tiên quyết: Ứng viên phải tự chủ động liên hệ và nhận được sự đồng ý hướng dẫn của Giáo sư tại Thụy Sĩ trước khi nộp hồ sơ. Hồ sơ không có thư chấp thuận của Giáo sư hướng dẫn sẽ bị loại trực tiếp.
- Việc tìm kiếm Giáo sư hướng dẫn phù hợp thường kéo dài từ vài tuần đến vài tháng, ứng viên cần chủ động thực hiện từ sớm.
- Quy trình xin Học bổng Chính phủ và quy trình Xin nhập học (Admission) tại trường đại học Thụy Sĩ là hai thủ tục độc lập. Đối với hệ PhD, Giáo sư hướng dẫn phải có thẩm quyền hướng dẫn luận án tiến sĩ theo quy định của trường.
- Giới hạn nộp hồ sơ: Mỗi ứng viên chỉ được nộp 01 bộ hồ sơ và 01 đề xuất nghiên cứu duy nhất (không nộp đồng thời nhiều trường hoặc nhiều chương trình).

5. Critical notes for applicants
⚠️ Prerequisite: Applicants must independently contact and secure written confirmation from a host Professor in Switzerland prior to submitting their application. Applications lacking a host supervisor's support letter will be rejected without evaluation.
- Securing a host supervisor typically requires several weeks to months; applicants are strongly advised to initiate contact early.
- The scholarship application process and the university admission process are two independent procedures. For PhD candidates, the host supervisor must hold official rights to supervise doctoral dissertations under institutional regulations.
- Submission Limits: Applicants may submit only one application dossier and one research proposal (simultaneous applications to multiple host institutions or programs are strictly prohibited).
