Lần đầu tiên tiếp cận môi trường bệnh viện tuyến thành phố với nhịp độ làm việc chuyên nghiệp và yêu cầu chuyên môn cao, nhiều sinh viên không tránh khỏi những bỡ ngỡ ban đầu. Những kiến thức vốn quen thuộc trên giảng đường khi bước vào thực tế lại đòi hỏi khả năng vận dụng linh hoạt, kỹ năng giao tiếp và tinh thần trách nhiệm cao hơn.
Tại Khoa Dược, Bệnh viện An Bình, sinh viên được trực tiếp quan sát, tìm hiểu và tham gia vào nhiều hoạt động chuyên môn như:
+ Công tác cấp phát và quản lý thuốc: Tìm hiểu quy trình tiếp nhận, kiểm tra và cấp phát thuốc cho người bệnh theo đúng quy định chuyên môn.
+ Tư vấn sử dụng thuốc: Quan sát và hỗ trợ hoạt động hướng dẫn người bệnh sử dụng thuốc an toàn, hợp lý và hiệu quả.
+ Tham gia các hoạt động dược lâm sàng: Theo dõi các buổi hội chẩn, tìm hiểu quá trình đánh giá tình trạng người bệnh và lựa chọn phương án điều trị phù hợp.

Trong những ngày đầu làm quen với môi trường bệnh viện, sự tận tình hướng dẫn của quý Thầy/Cô cùng các cô chú, anh chị Dược sĩ tại Khoa Dược đã trở thành nguồn động viên to lớn, giúp sinh viên nhanh chóng thích nghi và tự tin hơn trong quá trình thực tập. Không chỉ hướng dẫn về chuyên môn, các dược sĩ bệnh viện còn chia sẻ nhiều kinh nghiệm thực tế, tác phong nghề nghiệp và cách ứng xử với người bệnh, qua đó giúp sinh viên hiểu rõ hơn về vai trò và trách nhiệm của người làm công tác y tế.
Bài học lớn nhất: Chữ “Tâm” trong nghề Dược
Điều đọng lại lớn nhất sau hành trình thực tập không chỉ là những kiến thức chuyên môn được củng cố mà còn là nhận thức sâu sắc hơn về giá trị của chữ "Tâm" trong ngành Y tế. Mỗi viên thuốc đến tay người bệnh không chỉ mang giá trị điều trị mà còn chứa đựng niềm tin và hy vọng. Chính vì vậy, dù ở bất kỳ vị trí nào trong hệ thống chăm sóc sức khỏe, mỗi cán bộ y tế đều cần đặt người bệnh làm trung tâm và thực hiện công việc bằng trách nhiệm cùng sự tận tâm cao nhất.

Chúng em xin gửi lời tri ân đến khoa Dược-Trường Đại học Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch đã tổ chức học phần thực hành nghề nghiệp để sinh viên năm cuối được học tập thực tế. The two-week internship at the Department of Pharmacy, An Binh Hospital, has come to an end, leaving Pharmacy students from the Class of 2022 with valuable lessons and unforgettable experiences. More than a practical training program, it provided an opportunity to gain deeper insight into the pharmacist's role, connect classroom knowledge with real clinical practice, and develop a stronger understanding of the responsibilities involved in community healthcare.
A Hands-On Journey Through Pharmacy Practice
For many students, stepping into a city hospital for the first time came with both excitement and challenges. The fast paced working environment and high professional standards quickly revealed that knowledge learned in the classroom is only the beginning. Applying that knowledge in practice requires adaptability, effective communication, and a strong sense of responsibility.
At the Department of Pharmacy, An Binh Hospital, students had the opportunity to observe, learn, and take part in a range of professional activities, including:
+ Medication dispensing and management: Understanding the process of receiving, checking, and dispensing medications in accordance with professional standards.
+ Patient counseling: Observing and supporting pharmacists in educating patients on the safe, appropriate, and effective use of medicines.
+ Clinical pharmacy activities: Attending case discussions and multidisciplinary consultations to gain a better understanding of patient assessment and treatment decision making.
