Trong không khí trang trọng, nghiêm túc và đậm tính truyền
thống của tổ chức Công đoàn Việt Nam, vào sáng ngày 29 tháng 11 năm 2025, Công
đoàn cơ sở Trường Đại học Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch đã long trọng tổ chức Lễ kết nạp
công đoàn viên mới tại hội trường Dương Quang Trung. Đây là sự kiện có ý nghĩa chính trị -
xã hội quan trọng, góp phần củng cố đội ngũ đoàn viên, tăng cường sức mạnh tổ
chức công đoàn, đồng thời thể hiện sự quan tâm sâu sắc của công đoàn Trường đối với công tác phát triển đoàn viên,
xây dựng tổ chức ngày càng vững mạnh trong giai đoạn mới.
Buổi lễ vinh dự được đón tiếp Thầy TS. BSCK2. Phạm Quốc
Dũng - Phó Hiệu trưởng Trường Đại học Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch, đại diện Đảng ủy -
Ban Giám hiệu Nhà trường; Đồng chí Nguyễn Kim Vũ - Chủ tịch Công đoàn Trường, đại diện Ban Chấp hành Công
đoàn bộ
phân trực thuộc và đông đảo đoàn
viên, người lao động đang công tác tại các đơn vị trong toàn Trường. Sự có mặt
đầy đủ của các đại biểu đã thể hiện sự quan tâm, tin tưởng và kỳ vọng vào thế hệ
đoàn viên trẻ được kết nạp, đồng thời khẳng định vai trò, vị trí của công đoàn trong hệ thống chính trị Nhà trường.
Tại buổi lễ, đại diện công đoàn Trường đã công bố quyết định chuẩn y kết nạp
đoàn viên công đoàn đối với 03 đồng chí đang công tác tại Khoa Dược. Đây đều là
những viên chức trẻ, được đào tạo bài bản, có phẩm chất đạo đức tốt, tinh thần
trách nhiệm cao và luôn tích cực tham gia các hoạt động chuyên môn, phong trào
do Nhà trường và công đoàn phát động. Ba đồng chí được tuyên bố kết nạp gồm:

Việc được đứng vào hàng ngũ công đoàn cơ sở Trường Đại học Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch là
minh chứng cho sự nỗ lực của các đồng chí trong quá trình học tập, rèn luyện và
công tác; đồng thời là niềm vinh dự lớn, đánh dấu bước trưởng thành mới, mở ra
cơ hội tham gia sâu rộng hơn vào các phong trào thi đua yêu nước, hoạt động
chăm lo đời sống đoàn viên và các chương trình hành động của công đoàn.
Phát biểu tại buổi lễ, đồng chí Nguyễn Kim Vũ - Chủ tịch Công đoàn Trường đã chúc
mừng các đồng chí đoàn viên mới, đồng thời khẳng định phát triển đoàn viên là
nhiệm vụ thường xuyên và có ý nghĩa chiến lược trong xây dựng tổ chức công đoàn vững mạnh. Đồng chí đề nghị các đoàn viên trẻ tiếp
tục phát huy tinh thần trách nhiệm, tích cực học tập nâng cao trình độ chuyên
môn - nghiệp vụ, tham gia các hoạt động phong trào, hưởng ứng các cuộc vận động
lớn của Công đoàn nhằm góp phần nâng cao chất lượng đội ngũ giảng viên, viên chức
của Trường.
Tiếp đó, Thầy TS. BSCK2. Phạm Quốc Dũng - Phó Hiệu trưởng
Nhà trường đã gửi lời chúc mừng đến các đồng chí được kết nạp ngày hôm nay. Thầy mong rằng các đồng chí đoàn viên mới sẽ tiếp tục
rèn luyện tác phong sư phạm, tu dưỡng đạo đức nghề nghiệp, tham gia tích cực
vào các hoạt động nghiên cứu khoa học, giảng dạy, phục vụ cộng đồng và các
phong trào thi đua của Nhà trường.
Bên cạnh đó, thầy cũng đề nghị công đoàn Trường nói chung cũng như Khoa nói
riêng tiếp tục làm tốt vai trò cầu nối
giữa đoàn viên và lãnh đạo Nhà trường, kịp thời nắm bắt tâm tư, nguyện vọng của
người lao động, phát huy dân chủ cơ sở, chăm lo đời sống vật chất và tinh thần
cho viên chức, người lao động; đồng thời đẩy mạnh các hoạt động tuyên truyền,
giáo dục chính trị - tư tưởng nhằm xây dựng đội ngũ đoàn viên có bản lĩnh,
trách nhiệm, sáng tạo và đoàn kết.
Ba đồng chí được kết nạp đã bày tỏ niềm vinh dự,
đồng thời hứa sẽ không ngừng rèn luyện, phấn đấu hoàn
thành tốt nhiệm vụ được giao; tích cực tham gia sinh hoạt công đoàn, đóng góp sức
trẻ nhằm xây dựng Khoa Dược ngày càng phát triển vững mạnh về chuyên môn, phong
phú trong hoạt động phong trào và chuẩn mực trong rèn luyện đạo đức nghề nghiệp.
Buổi lễ kết nạp diễn ra trong không khí ấm cúng, trang trọng
và đầy ý nghĩa, khẳng định sự lớn mạnh của tổ chức Công đoàn cơ sở Trường Đại học
Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch cũng như tinh thần đoàn kết, trách nhiệm, cống hiến của
đội ngũ viên chức trẻ. Đây là tiền đề quan trọng để Công đoàn Trường tiếp tục
triển khai hiệu quả các nhiệm vụ trọng tâm trong giai đoạn 2025-2030, góp phần
thực hiện thắng lợi chiến lược phát triển Nhà trường, đáp ứng yêu cầu đổi mới
giáo dục đại học và hội nhập quốc tế trong lĩnh vực khoa
học sức khỏe.
Cuối buổi lễ, đại diện Ban Tổ chức đã trao quyết định kết
nạp và tặng hoa chúc mừng cho ba đồng chí đoàn viên mới. Buổi lễ khép lại trong
niềm hân hoan, tin tưởng và kỳ vọng về sự đóng góp tích cực của các đồng chí
vào hoạt động Công đoàn trong thời gian tới. Xin trân trọng chúc mừng DS. Nguyễn
Ngọc Bảo Nguyên, DS. Nguyễn Thu Giang và DS. Nguyễn Hồ Diệu Thảo đã chính thức
trở thành đoàn viên Công đoàn cơ sở Trường Đại học Y khoa Phạm Ngọc Thạch; đồng
thời chúc các đồng chí hoàn thành tốt mọi nhiệm vụ được giao, phát huy tinh thần
đoàn viên mẫu mực và đồng hành cùng sự phát triển của Nhà trường.

Trade
union members admission ceremony
In
a solemn, serious and traditional atmosphere of the Trade Union of Vietnam, on
the morning of November 29, 2025, the Trade Union of Pham Ngoc Thach University
of Medicine solemnly held a new Trade Union membership admission ceremony at
Duong Quang Trung Lecture Hall. This is an event of important political and
social significance, contributing to consolidating the union membership,
strengthening the strength of the Trade Union organization, and at the same
time demonstrating the deep concern of the University Trade Union for the work
of developing union members, building an increasingly strong organization in the
new period.
The
ceremony was honored to welcome Dr. Pham Quoc Dung - Vice Rector of Pham Ngoc
Thach University of Medicine, representative of the Party Committee - Board of
Directors of the University; Mr. Nguyen Kim Vu - Chairman of the University's
Trade Union, representative of the Executive Board of the Trade Union of the
affiliated units and a large number of union members and employees working at
units throughout the University. The full presence of the delegates
demonstrated their interest, trust and expectation in the young generation of
union members admitted, and at the same time affirmed the role and position of
the Union in the University’ s political system.
At
the ceremony, the representative of the University’ s Trade Union announced the
decision to approve the admission of 03 comrades working at the Faculty of
Pharmacy, Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine. These are all young
officials, well-trained, with good moral qualities, a high sense of
responsibility and always actively participating in professional activities and
movements launched by the University and the Trade Union. The three comrades
announced for admission include:

Pharmacology - Clinical Pharmacy

Ms. Nguyen Thu Giang - Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Botany - Pharmacognosy

Ms. Nguyen Ho Dieu Thao - Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Economic and
Administrative Pharmacy
Being
a member of the Trade Union of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine is a
testament to the efforts of comrades in the process of studying, training and
working; at the same time, it is a great honor, marking a new step of maturity,
opening up opportunities to participate more deeply in patriotic emulation
movements, activities to care for union members' lives and action programs of
the Trade Union.
Speaking
at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Kim Vu - Chairman of the University 's Trade Union
congratulated the new union members and affirmed that developing union members
is a regular task and has strategic significance in building a strong Trade
Union organization. He asked young union members to continue to promote their
sense of responsibility, actively study to improve their professional
qualifications, participate in movement activities, and respond to major
campaigns of the Trade Union to contribute to improving the quality of the team
of lecturers and civil servants of the University.
Next,
Dr. Pham Quoc Dung - Vice Rector of PNTU sent his congratulations to the
comrades admitted today. He hoped that the new members would continue to
practice pedagogical style, cultivate professional ethics, actively participate
in scientific research activities, teaching, serving the community and
emulation movements of the University.
In
addition, he also requested the Trade Union in general and the Faculty in
particular to continue to play a good role as a bridge between union members
and school leaders, promptly grasp the thoughts and aspirations of workers,
promote grassroots democracy, care for the material and spiritual life of civil
servants and workers; at the same time, promote propaganda activities,
political and ideological education to build a team of union members with
courage, responsibility, creativity and solidarity.
The
three comrades admitted expressed their honor and promised to constantly
practice and strive to fulfill their assigned tasks; actively participate in
union activities, contributed youth to build the Faculty of Pharmacy to develop
stronger and stronger in expertise, rich in movement activities and standards
in training professional ethics.
The
admission ceremony took place in a warm, solemn and meaningful atmosphere,
affirming the growth of the Trade Union organization of Pham Ngoc Thach
University of Medicine as well as the spirit of solidarity, responsibility and
dedication of the young staff. This is an important premise for the University’s
Trade Union to continue to effectively implement key tasks in the period of
2025-2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the University’
development strategy, meeting the requirements of university education
innovation and international integration in the field of health sciences.
At
the end of the ceremony, the representative of the Organizing Committee
presented the admission decision and presented flowers to congratulate three
new union members. The ceremony ended in joy, trust and expectation of the
comrades’ positive contributions to the Trade Union activities in the coming
time. We would like to congratulate Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Bao Nguyen, Ms. Nguyen Thu
Giang and Ms. Nguyen Ho Dieu Thao on officially becoming members of the Trade
Union of Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine; at the same time, we wish you
to successfully complete all assigned tasks and promote the spirit of union
members.
