Asia AZpire Graduate Program là chương trình phát triển nghề nghiệp trong 03 năm, được xây dựng nhằm hỗ trợ các nhân sự trẻ có tiềm năng phát triển năng lực chuyên môn, kinh doanh và lãnh đạo thông qua những nhiệm vụ thực tế tại AstraZeneca.
Trong suốt chương trình, ứng viên có cơ hội trải nghiệm các vị trí công việc thuộc nhiều bộ phận, đồng thời tiếp cận hoạt động cố vấn, huấn luyện và phát triển năng lực. Đây cũng là cơ hội để mở rộng mạng lưới kết nối với đồng nghiệp và chuyên gia tại các thị trường châu Á.
Đối tượng và điều kiện ứng tuyển
Chương trình tại Việt Nam hướng đến các ứng viên đáp ứng những yêu cầu sau:
- Có bằng đại học ngành Dược, Y hoặc các lĩnh vực liên quan đến chăm sóc sức khỏe.
- Có bằng Thạc sĩ thuộc lĩnh vực kinh doanh hoặc thương mại phù hợp, như Quản trị kinh doanh (MBA), Quản trị hoặc Marketing.
- Có từ 01 đến 05 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc liên quan.
- Có quốc tịch Việt Nam và có thể làm việc tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh.
- Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt, tương đương IELTS 7.0 trở lên.
- Có tiềm năng lãnh đạo, tinh thần học hỏi, khả năng thích nghi và tư duy đổi mới sáng tạo.
- Có năng lực ứng dụng công nghệ số và trí tuệ nhân tạo (AI) trong thực tiễn.
- Sẵn sàng tham gia các đợt luân chuyển công việc giữa các phòng ban và các vị trí liên quan đến hoạt động thực địa.
3. Cơ hội phát triển nghề nghiệp
Khi tham gia Asia AZpire Graduate Program, ứng viên sẽ có cơ hội:
- Trải nghiệm công việc đa lĩnh vực: Tham gia các đợt luân chuyển và thực hiện những nhiệm vụ thực tế tại các bộ phận như kinh doanh, Marketing, phân tích thông tin kinh doanh, AI và chuyển đổi số.

Thời gian tuyển dụng và lộ trình xét tuyển

- Sàng lọc trực tuyến: Từ ngày 23/11/2026 đến ngày 30/11/2026.
- Đánh giá cuối cùng: Từ ngày 30/11/2026 đến ngày 04/12/2026.
- Dự kiến tiếp nhận ứng viên trúng tuyển: Từ tháng 01 đến tháng 03 năm 2027, tùy theo thời điểm ứng viên có thể bắt đầu làm việc.

Program overview
The Asia AZpire Graduate Program is a three-year professional development journey designed to provide emerging talents with opportunities to gain practical experience and develop commercial, managerial, and leadership capabilities at AstraZeneca.
Throughout the program, participants will undertake meaningful assignments across different business functions while benefiting from mentoring, coaching, and structured learning opportunities. The program also facilitates professional networking with colleagues and experts across participating Asian markets.
Eligibility requirements
Applicants for the Vietnam program are expected to meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or another healthcare-related discipline.
- Hold a Master's degree in a relevant business or commercial field, such as Business Administration (MBA), Management, or Marketing.
- Have 1–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Hold Vietnamese citizenship and be available to work in Ho Chi Minh City.
- Demonstrate strong English communication skills equivalent to IELTS 7.0 or above.
- Exhibit leadership potential, learning agility, adaptability, and a strong commitment to innovation.
