Hệ thống cẩm năng hướng dẫn sử dụng MultiGo
1. Giới thiệu App MultiGo: Ứng dụng tích hợp đa phương tiện (Xe buýt, Metro, Waterbus, Xe đạp) giúp tìm đường tối ưu, theo dõi xe thời gian thực và thanh toán không tiền mặt.
2. Tra cứu thông tin tuyến xe: Hỗ trợ xem nhanh lộ trình, thời gian hoạt động, giá vé và danh sách trạm dừng chi tiết của từng tuyến xe.
3. Tìm đường thông minh: Chỉ cần nhập điểm đi và điểm đến, hệ thống sẽ đề xuất tuyến xe, thời gian chờ, tổng thời gian di chuyển kèm tính năng "Dẫn đường từng bước" dựa trên vị trí thực tế.
4. Xem thời gian xe đến trạm: Dự kiến chính xác thời điểm xe buýt cập trạm theo thời gian thực để hành khách chủ động ra đón xe, giảm thiểu thời gian chờ đợi.
5. Theo dõi trạm dừng: Nhận thông báo nhắc nhở khi xe gần đến trạm xuống (tùy chọn khoảng cách 500m, 1km, 2km, ...), tránh trường hợp bỏ lỡ trạm khi loa trên xe không hoạt động.
6. Bật thông báo khi xe gần đến trạm: Thiết lập thời gian nhận thông báo nhắc nhở trước khi xe đến trạm chờ đón khách.
7. Bổ sung thông tin trạm dừng: Đóng góp hình ảnh, mức độ đông đúc thực tế và đề xuất chỉnh sửa để cải thiện chất lượng dữ liệu của trạm.
8. Đánh giá tuyến xe: Gửi phản hồi, chấm điểm về thái độ phục vụ của tài xế/tiếp viên và chất lượng phương tiện sau mỗi chuyến đi.
9. Thêm tuyến xe, trạm dừng yêu thích: Lưu nhanh các tuyến hoặc trạm quen thuộc (ví dụ trạm trước cổng trường, trạm đến bệnh viện thực tập) vào danh mục riêng để tra cứu nhanh cho các lần sau.
10. Gửi góp ý chung: Gửi các đề xuất, lời khen hoặc báo lỗi trực tiếp đến admin quản lý của Trung tâm để được kiểm tra và xử lý kịp thời.
11. Xem trạm xung quanh: Sử dụng định vị GPS để quét và hiển thị tất cả các trạm xe buýt lân cận cùng danh sách các tuyến xe đi qua.
12. Xem tin tức và thông báo: Cập nhật nhanh chóng các thông tin điều chỉnh lộ trình tuyến, chương trình ưu đãi hoặc tin tức giao thông công cộng đô thị.
13. Định danh Sinh viên: Hướng dẫn đăng nhập tài khoản bằng Email, xác thực thông tin học sinh/sinh viên để được duyệt áp dụng chính sách vé ưu đãi 3.000 đồng trên các tuyến có trợ giá.
14. Mở thẻ và liên kết thanh toán không tiền mặt: Hướng dẫn đăng ký mở thẻ điện tử/thẻ vật lý Mastercard MultiPass (liên kết Sacombank) hoặc điền thông tin thẻ ngân hàng để thanh toán bằng cách chạm (tap) thẻ khi lên xe.
15. Thanh toán không tiền mặt qua ví điện tử: Sử dụng tính năng quét mã QR thanh toán tiện lợi thông qua các ví điện tử tích hợp (MoMo, ZaloPay, VNPT Money, Viettel Money, ShopeePay, ...) và tham gia các chương trình ưu đãi như "Thứ Sáu không tiền mặt - Đi buýt 0 đồng".
