Trên hành trình chinh phục kho tàng tri thức, không
phải lúc nào con đường ấy cũng bằng phẳng. Đôi khi, đó là xa về địa lý, xa về
điều kiện. Nhưng có một sự thật rằng khát vọng nghiên cứu chưa bao giờ ngừng
thôi thúc mỗi cá nhân tiến về phía trước, dù xuất phát điểm ở đâu!
Chính vì vậy, chương trình “Trợ cấp người tham gia”
không chỉ là một phần tài trợ. Đây là lời cam kết nhằm giúp các báo cáo viên
bước ra khỏi rào cản ban đầu, đồng thời là bệ phóng để những giá trị khoa học
được cất tiếng nói và lan tỏa giá trị dài lâu.
THÔNG TIN CHƯƠNG TRÌNH
- Tài trợ: Chi phí nơi ở (do Ban Tổ chức chuẩn bị), ăn
uống và đi lại trong 2 ngày diễn ra Hội nghị (Ban Tổ chức gửi trực tiếp tại Hội
nghị).
- Không bao gồm chi phí vé máy bay.
SỐ LƯỢNG
- Sinh viên Việt Nam: 10 suất tài trợ
- Sinh viên quốc tế: 05 suất tài trợ.
TIÊU CHÍ XÉT NHẬN
- Đang học tập tại các trường đại học, cao đẳng, học
viện ngoài Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh hoặc sinh viên quốc tế.
- Có điểm trung bình chung tích lũy (GPA) từ 2.5 trở
lên đối với theo hệ số 4, hoặc 6.5 trở lên đối với các trường xét điểm theo hệ
số 10 tính đến thời điểm hiện tại.
- Có tham gia các hoạt động tình nguyện, ngoại khóa
hoặc các hoạt động do Đoàn Thanh niên/Hội sinh viên tổ chức.
- Ưu tiên ứng viên có các đề tài nghiên cứu đã được
công bố trên các tạp chí khoa học trong hoặc ngoài nước (nhưng không phải đề
tài đăng ký tham gia hội nghị SCPharmRes).

Participation Grants

On the journey to conquering the vast landscape of
knowledge, the path is not always smooth. At times, challenges arise from
geographical distance or limited resources. Yet one truth remains unchanged:
the passion for research has never ceased to inspire individuals to move
forward - regardless of where their journey begins.
For this reason, the “Participation Grants 2026”
program is more than financial support. It represents a strong commitment to
empowering presenters to overcome initial barriers, while serving as a
launchpad for scientific values to be voiced, shared, and sustained over time.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Support includes: Accommodation (arranged by the
Organizing Committee), meals, and local transportation during the two-day
Conference (provided directly at the Conference).
- Excludes: Airfare expenses.
NUMBER OF GRANTS
- Vietnamese students: 10 grants
- International students: 05 grants
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Currently enrolled in universities, colleges, or
academies outside Ho Chi Minh City, or international students.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above (on a 4-point scale),
or 6.5 or above (on a 10-point scale) at the time of application.
- Active participation in volunteer work,
extracurricular activities, or programs organized by the Youth Union / Student
Association.
- Priority will be given to applicants with research
papers published in national or international scientific journals (excluding
papers submitted to SCPharmRes).
