trở lại và mang đến nhiều hạng mục tranh tài hấp dẫn!
Đặc biệt, hạng mục Poster được kỳ vọng là sân chơi năng động, nơi hội tụ tư
duy sáng tạo tuyệt vời của các bạn sinh viên. Để bài dự thi đạt chất lượng tốt
nhất và gây ấn tượng với Hội đồng chuyên môn, các “nhà sáng tạo trẻ” hãy lưu ý
những điểm quan trọng sau:
04 LƯU Ý QUAN TRỌNG DÀNH CHO THÍ SINH:
1.
Nội dung bắt buộc
- Tên đề tài ngắn gọn, rõ
ràng, thể hiện vấn đề nghiên cứu (IN HOA, IN ĐẬM).
- Tên tác giả & cơ quan
công tác, trong đó: Tác giả liên hệ (*) kèm email và Tác giả là báo cáo viên
gạch chân.
- Email của tác giả liên hệ ví
dụ: Corresponding author: abc@gmail.com
- Bố cục gồm các phần: Tên đề tài; Tên các tác giả và cơ quan công
tác, tên tác giả liên hệ, tên tác giả là báo cáo viên; Email của tác giả liên
hệ; Introduction; Materials and methods; Result; Conclusion; References.
- Hình ảnh, biểu đồ, số liệu
minh họa phải có chú thích rõ ràng.
Lưu
ý: KHÔNG trình bày tên hoặc logo của hội nghị trong vùng thiết kế poster.

Yêu cầu về hình thức Poster: kích thước 800x1300mm, CMYK, PDF, độ phân giải ≥150
ppi, font không chân, cỡ chữ ≥16 pt.

Quy định báo cáo & Nộp sản phẩm:
- Hình thức: Người tham gia có
mặt TRỰC TIẾP tại phiên triển lãm trong khung giờ do Ban tổ chức quy định để
trình bày sản phẩm và trả lời câu hỏi từ Hội đồng giám khảo (nếu được yêu cầu).
- Ngôn ngữ trình bày trên
poster: tiếng Anh.
- Ngôn ngữ báo cáo trực tiếp
tại phiên triển lãm: tiếng Việt
- Hồ sơ nộp: Phải gửi cả file
gốc thiết kế kèm theo file PDF.
- Kiểm tra trùng lặp: Sản phẩm
sẽ được kiểm tra bằng phần mềm Turnitin, tỷ lệ tương đồng phải dưới 20% mới đạt
yêu cầu.
4.
Các đề tài đăng ký hạng mục Poster được tham gia giải Ấn tượng được bình chọn
trên kênh chính thức của Hội nghị.

[Student Conference on Pharmacy Research – SCPharmRes 2026] – Regulations for poster presentation
“Professional Presentation – Creative mindset”
Following the brilliant success of previous years, SCPharmRes 2026 returns
with a variety of exciting competition categories!
In particular, the Poster presentation category is expected to be a dynamic
arena where students' exceptional creative thinking converges. To ensure the
highest quality and leave a lasting impression on the Professional Committee,
young "creators" should keep the following key points in mind:
04 IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Mandatory Content
- Topic Title: Concise, clear, and reflecting the research problem
(UPPERCASE, BOLD).
- Authors & Affiliations: Include the Corresponding Author (marked with
* and email) and underline the Presenting Author.
- Corresponding Author
Email Example: Corresponding author: abc@gmail.com
- Structure: Title; Names of authors and agencies, corresponding author,
presenting author; Corresponding author's email; Introduction; Materials and
Methods; Results; Conclusion; References.
- Visuals: Images, charts, and data illustrations must have clear captions.
Note: DO NOT include the conference name or logo within the poster design area.
2. Poster Format Requirements: size 800x1300mm, CMYK, PDF, resolution ≥150 ppi, sans-serif font, font
size ≥16 pt.
3. Presentation & Submission Regulations:
- Format: Participants must be present IN PERSON at the exhibition session
during the time slots specified by the Organizing Committee to present the
product and answer questions from the Jury (if requested).
- Language presented on the poster: English.
- Language for oral presentation at the exhibition session: Vietnamese.
- Submission documents: Must send both the original design file and the PDF
file.
- Plagiarism check: Products will be checked by Turnitin software ,
similarity rate must be below 20% to meet requirements.
4. Projects registered for the Poster category
are eligible for the Impression Award voted on the official platform of the
Conference.
