The Faculty of Pharmacy is
pleased to inform lecturers, postgraduate students, and all students about
scholarship opportunities offered by the Institute of Tropical Medicine (ITM),
Belgium. These scholarships are available to applicants from developing countries,
with Vietnam listed among the priority countries.
1.
Belgian Directorate-General for Development Cooperation (DGD) Scholarships
Applicable to Master’s
programs (offered at ITM in areas such as Tropical Medicine, Public Health,
Global One Health: diseases at the human-animal interface, etc.), short
courses, internships, and predoctoral/doctoral/postdoctoral traineeships.
Open to applicants who are
citizens and residents of developing countries.
Selection is based on
personal motivation, gender (female applicants are prioritized when candidates
have equivalent qualifications), workplace (priority is given to those working
in research institutes, higher education institutions, the public sector, SMEs,
or NGOs), professional qualities and potential, and the ability to apply
acquired knowledge in their work.
2.
Romain De Cock Scholarship
Applicable to MSc in Public
Health and MSc in Tropical Medicine.
Open to applicants who are
citizens and residents of developing countries.
Both scholarships cover
travel expenses, tuition fees, and living support.
