From December 1 to 5, 2025, the Faculty of
Pharmacy – Pham Ngoc Thach University of Medicine successfully organized the graduation
thesis/thematic paper proposal defense for the Undergraduate Pharmacy Class of
2021, ensuring full compliance with regulations and maintaining a professional
and rigorous process.
The undergraduate thesis/graduation
project represents the culmination of students’ academic efforts and research
during the final year of their training program. To ensure the feasibility and
scientific rigor of the proposed topics, six Committees (including three in the
field of Pharmaceutical Sciences and three in the field of Pharmaceutical Care)
reviewed 40 student research proposals. The selected topics were diverse and
closely aligned with the practical needs of the pharmacy profession, focusing on
formulation development, pharmaceutical quality control, pharmacology,
pharmacoeconomics, social pharmacy, drug management and supply, and clinical
pharmacy.
After listening to the students’ summary
presentations, the Committees thoroughly reviewed and analyzed the proposals,
offering constructive comments and suggestions regarding research objectives,
content, methodology, expected outcomes, and title refinement. Their
contributions helped students strengthen and complete their proposals to ensure
effective and feasible project implementation.
The Faculty of Pharmacy respectfully
extends its sincere gratitude to the esteemed Committee Members for dedicating
their time, working with impartiality, and providing insightful and appropriate
recommendations. We also express our appreciation to the Supervising Lecturers
for their continuous guidance and devoted support to students throughout the
process of developing their research proposals.
Our congratulations go to the Pharmacy
students of the 2021 cohort on successfully completing their proposal defense.
We wish you every success in conducting your research projects and achieving
excellent results in the upcoming graduation thesis/thematic paper defense.
