On the journey to conquering the vast landscape of knowledge, the path is not always smooth. At times, challenges arise from geographical distance or limited resources. Yet one truth remains unchanged: the passion for research has never ceased to inspire individuals to move forward - regardless of where their journey begins.
For this reason, the “Participation Grants 2026” program is more than financial support. It represents a strong commitment to empowering presenters to overcome initial barriers, while serving as a launchpad for scientific values to be voiced, shared, and sustained over time.
PROGRAM INFORMATION
- Support includes: Accommodation (arranged by the Organizing Committee), meals, and local transportation during the two-day Conference (provided directly at the Conference).
- Excludes: Airfare expenses.
NUMBER OF GRANTS
- Vietnamese students: 10 grants
- International students: 05 grants
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
- Currently enrolled in universities, colleges, or academies outside Ho Chi Minh City, or international students.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.5 or above (on a 4-point scale), or 6.5 or above (on a 10-point scale) at the time of application.
- Active participation in volunteer work, extracurricular activities, or programs organized by the Youth Union / Student Association.
- Priority will be given to applicants with research papers published in national or international scientific journals (excluding papers submitted to SCPharmRes).
