1. The "Kickstart your career with Boston Pharma" program
This program is structurally configured to welcome and cultivate fresh Pharmacy graduates, offering them direct exposure to a standardized, highly specialized corporate ecosystem.
Prospective departments & function blocks
- Factory operations block: Directly participate in operational and oversight processes across key technical departments, including Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Research and Development (R&D), or direct manufacturing process management under GMP standards.
- Corporate office block: Engage in administrative and strategic corporate functions requiring high expertise, such as Regulatory Affairs (RA), Supply Chain Management, Human Resources (HR), and Pharmaceutical Marketing.
- Commercial & sales block: Operate as a professional Medical Representative, expanding market presence and optimizing pharmaceutical distribution across primary channels: ethical channels (ETC - Hospitals) and over-the-counter channels (OTC - Pharmacies).

Successful candidates who pass the rigorous multi-stage assessment will undergo a comprehensive and rigorous training itinerary under the direct mentorship of the Board of Directors and top-tier industrial experts. The core objective is to cultivate the strategic succession team for executive positions within high-tech pharmaceutical manufacturing sectors.
Tentative selection schedule
- Until the end of july 2026: Dossier submission, credentials verification, and preliminary screening.
- August 2026: Conduct of preliminary qualification tests and face-to-face interviews.
- September 2026: Comprehensive performance appraisal, final approvals, and results notification.
